Learn how to make Fermented Salsa! 

Join Registered Holistic Nutritionists Rebecca Sekhon & Meghann Riley for this fun, hands-on workshop. Learn the basics of vegetable fermentation, all of its health benefits and prepare your own 1L jar of salsa to bring home to ferment. Continued on-line & phone/text support will be offered (because there's always a question or two!).

This is a family-friendly event; if your child can chop, they can join! Parent participation/supervision required.

Note: Cash payments must be made by Saturday, June 16th; e- payments must be made by Thursday, June 21.
